Hi, I have a serious problem with “wtsapi32.dll”.

I use Tenebril Spycatcher, some day ago it has alerted me about a suspicions process concerned wtsapi32.dll. It blocked a spyware that it was rate like “recommended removal”.

I told spycatcher to remove wtsapi32.dll, but nothing happen: the alarm come back every time I use my pc.

Well, spycatcher say wtsapi is locate in ..\\window\\system32 folder, I look for it, but explorer not show the file.

“What\’s Running” show it like a regular modules, it is used by 8 processes. But in properties, in CompanyName there is no name. That\’s strange.

My sister has a pc, I check on her the properties of her wtsapi: there is CompanyName, it\’s a Microsoft dll.

Now I sure that my wtsapi is not original, and probably it is not safe for me.

Well I take a copy of wtsapi32.dll from my sister\’s pc and try to copy on mine: nevermind, system don\’t want to overwrite wtsapi32. So I restart in safe mode and try to force the copy from MS-dos command.

System take in, but when I restart in normal mode the problem is back again.

In safe mode I rename the bad wtsapi32.dll, so in normal mode explorer show it, I scan it with Norton Antivirus 2006 (just update): surprise Norton say: “File scan 0 (zero!), virus found 0”.

Now I looking for anyone can say what I must do.
P.S. Sorry for my english, I\’m Italian with not very skill in foreign language, I hope you can understand me.
